All our gins are distilled, bottled, and packaged locally in Ballarat.
We also take great pride in sourcing a maximum of our ingredients in Australia, and some of our gins focus predominately on using Australian native botanicals. However, some high-quality botanicals and spices (e.g. juniper and cinnamon) need to be imported as they are not widely grown here, in Australia.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.
You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a few hours after your order has been processed to let us know of any changes that you wish to make, and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
We currently only ship across Australia, as some countries do not accept alcohol through the mail system and overseas courier costs are very high.
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and within 1 to 3 days after payment.
All orders are sent by courier or through Australia Post and usually arrive between 2 to 6 working days of dispatch, depending on your location (some delays may be experienced with COVID). We will send you the tracking number so that you can keep track of your parcel.
We deliver orders within Ballarat ourselves – straight to your door!
We have recently relocated to a new location in Mount Pleasant and should have a cellar door open in Spring/Summer 2021. Stay posted!
You cannot currently pick up your order from the distillery door but we will make this option available closer to the opening.
