+ 60ml – Scoundrel dry gin + 20ml – lemon juice + 15ml – simple syrup + 7.5ml – Maraschino liqueur + 7.5ml – Averna Amaro + 4 cherries
• Muddle 3 cherries in a cocktail shaker • Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, Maraschino liqueur and Averna Amaro • Shake with ice and strain into large rocks glass over ice • Garnish with the remaining cherry
